A full Odoo implementation for a multi-branch retail group: point of sale across stores, real-time inventory synchronization, automated accounting, and consolidated management dashboards — replacing a patchwork of spreadsheets with one source of truth.
The challenge
A multi-branch retailer ran each store on separate systems and spreadsheets. Stock never reconciled across branches, accounting was a manual month-end scramble, and management couldn't see group-wide performance without days of consolidation.
Our solution
We rolled out Odoo across every branch: a unified POS, real-time inventory that syncs between stores, and automated accounting that posts as sales happen. Management dashboards consolidate all branches into one live view, so stock, sales and margins are visible at a glance.
